Want to explore the winter mountains around Finse but don’t have your own equipment? At Finsehytta, you can rent backcountry skis (fjellski), cross-country style skis with steel edges, designed for mountain terrain and varied snow conditions, and set off on a trip right from the door. These skis are a safe and versatile choice for both gentle nearby excursions and longer high-mountain tours.

Rental includes wax-free skis, poles, boots (BC) and skins. The equipment performs well in varied snow conditions and is also suitable for those with little experience on alpine touring skis.

Pickup & return
